July Update: Adventures in Python and AI!
July 28, 2025
Hey friends! Can you believe it’s already the end of July? I hope your summer’s been going great so far. Today, I wanted to share a quick update on something exciting I’ve been diving into recently: Python programming and AI!
My New Adventure: Python (Gulp!) 🐍
I’ll be honest—I’m no programmer. Seriously, if you handed me a blank screen and told me to code, I’d usually just stare at you blankly. But something changed recently. With all this cool AI stuff floating around, I thought, “Why not try it out?”
I started dipping my toes into Python, and by “dipping” I mean using some awesome help from AI-powered tools like GPT Agent. Turns out, AI can make coding a lot less intimidating—and actually pretty fun!
AI-Generated Apps—Seriously Cool Stuff! 🤖✨
I’ve been throwing some ideas at GPT Agent, and it’s been turning them into actual working apps! Here are two fun examples of what I’ve created:
1. My Sound Effects Manager 🎧🔊
Anyone who knows me knows I’m drowning in audio clips—over 100,000 sound effects scattered on various drives. It’s pure chaos trying to find exactly what I need!
I asked GPT Agent for help, and here’s what I ended up with:
- An app that lets me sort and filter sounds by category.
- Instant audio previews directly within the app.
- A button that effortlessly sends the chosen sound right into Goldwave for editing.
This little app has seriously transformed how I tackle jingles, commercials, voiceover work, and even my quirky passion projects.
2. An AI-Powered Meditation Buddy 🧘♂️🎵
Meditation helps me stay grounded, so I wondered—could AI help here too? I challenged GPT Agent, and it quickly whipped up a meditation app:
- Select your mood or meditation style—like relaxation, focus, or anxiety relief.
- Automatically finds soothing, royalty-free meditation tracks online.
- Easy-to-use interface designed to keep things peaceful and simple.
Honestly, having a custom meditation assistant feels amazing!
What’s Next on This Python Journey? 🚀
These experiments have sparked a ton of ideas, and who knows? Maybe someday soon I’ll release these apps as free downloads.
